City of Oswego news:

New to Oswego, “The Polar Express Train” will travel and make stops throughout the city on Sunday, December 18. The ‘train’ will make stops at various parking lots for 20 minutes at a time. For more information, please see the full story here.[4]
The Oswego County Federal Credit Union announced the eighth annual “Gloves with Love” program to collect new hats, mittens, gloves, and scarves for kids.
