MEXICO – On Tuesday (May 24), at approximately 9:30 a.m., State Police in Pulaski responded to a burglary complaint on Fravor Road in the town of Mexico.
The residence was illegally entered and a military Purple Heart medal was taken from the residence, police said today (May 27).
Subsequent to investigation, Dale A. McClemons, 51, of County Route 51A, Oswego (Scriba), was charged on Thursday (May 26), with Burglary in the 3rd Degree, a class “D” felony.
McClemons is scheduled to appear in the Town of Mexico Court on June 7, at 7 p.m.
