The legal troubles are just beginning for two Oswego men, according to State Police.
Troopers arrested Robert E. Kennedy, 32, of 92 Eisenhower Avenue, Oswego, and Jason T. Evans, 32, of 16 Mitchell Street, Oswego.
They are charged with burglary and grand larceny and Kennedy faces a weapons possession charge.
Police allege they burglarized a home in Volney, taking a handgun, TVs, sports memorabilia and other items. They also allegedly stole a large amount of commercial-grade copper wire from a Scriba business.
Troopers say the arrests of the two men are also expected to solve other crimes, for which additional criminal charges are pending.
Kennedy and Evans were arraigned in Oswego County Court and sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility.
