OSWEGO, NY – On Tuesday, the Oswego City Police Department’s Anti-Crime Team executed a search warrant at 136 W. Seneca St., Oswego.
Investigators discovered an illegal outdoor marijuana grow, according to police.

Several plants were seized which yielded an aggregate weight of 2.85 pounds.
David F. Auclair, 50, of 136 W. Seneca St., was arrested for:
Second-degree criminal possession of marijuana – class D felony
Growing of the plant known as Cannibas by unlicensed person – class A misdemeanor
Auclair was arraigned in Oswego City Court and released with a return court date of Sept. 20.
