OSWEGO, NY – On 4/19/12 at 5:20 p.m., Gregory Rhinehart, 16, of Governor Street, Bldg. 19, Oswego, was arrested for Burglary, 2nd degree, a class C felony and Grand Larceny, 4th degree, a class E felony for his alleged participation in the breaking in of a residence in the town of Oswego and theft of firearms along with a laptop and personal papers in March.

At the same time, Mr. Rhinehart was arrested for Burglary 2nd degree, a class C felony and Grand Larceny, 4th degree, a class E felony for his alleged participation into the breaking in of a residence in the town of Oswego on April 6 in which two rode bikes were stolen.
Then, for Petit Larceny and Burglary, 2nd degree for his participation on April 6, the breaking into a residence and a vehicle in the town of Oswego taking video games, clothing and electronics.
For his alleged involvement in the breaking in of another town of Oswego residence from April 9 and the taking of sports equipment, electronics and consumables he was charged with Burglary, 3rd degree, a class D felony, Grand Larceny, 4th degree, a class E felony and Criminal Mischief, a class E felony.
The teen was also charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree, a class E felony after he was found to be in possession of a rifle with a scope during the investigation.
Mr. Rhinehart was arraigned in the Town of Scriba and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond with a return to Town of Oswego Court on 4/23/12.
