OSWEGO, NY – Mayor Tom Gillen recognized the efforts of a 10-year-old Oswego girl at a recent meeting of the Common Council.
Madison Baum was honored at the beginning of the meeting by Mayor Gillen and Councilor Eric VanBuren for collecting cans to raise money for the SPCA.
The youngster donated $108 to the city’s Animal Shelter.
