Pair Facing Felony Drug Charges

OSWEGO, NY – On Thursday at approximately 4:17 p.m., the Oswego City Police Department’s Anti Crime Team (ACT), with the assistance of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office and the United States Border Patrol, executed a narcotics related search warrant at 12 Barker Drive in the town of Volney.
The execution of the search warrant resulted in the seizure of approximately 36 grams of crack cocaine, 108 grams of powder cocaine, 82 MDMA pills (commonly referred to as Ecstasy), 244 packets of synthetic marihuana, US currency and other items indicative of illegal drug possession and sales, police reported.
As a result of the investigation, 26-year-old Paul H.N. Brown, a resident of that address, was arrested and charged with one count of each of the following:
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd degree (AII Felony)
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, with Intent to Sell (B Felony)
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, Hallucinogenic substance (B Felony)
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, Hallucinogenic substance with Intent to Sell (B Felony)
- Conspiracy 2nd degree (B Felony)
Brown was arraigned in Volney Town Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility with no bail.
He has a return court date of Aug. 6 in Volney Town Court.
Additionally, arrested and charged was 26-year-old Sabrina C. Johnson of 12 Barker Drive, Volney.
Johnson was charged with one count each of the following:
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd degree (AII Felony)
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, with Intent to Sell (B Felony)
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, Hallucinogenic substance with Intent to Sell (B Felony)
- Conspiracy 2nd degree (B Felony)
Johnson was arraigned in Volney Town Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility with no bail.
She has a return court date of Aug. 7 in Volney Town Court.
