State Police in North Syracuse arrested Shawn G. Horning, 41, from Parish, for Grand Larceny in the third degree, a class “D” felony.

Horning is accused of stealing more than $4,200 worth of tools while being employed as the shipping and receiving clerk at the EJ USA Syracuse Castings Facility in Cicero.
He was arraigned in the Town of Cicero Court and released on his own recognizance.
Horning is scheduled to appear back in the Town of Cicero Court on April 26, at 5 p.m.
