Parish Man Charged With Making Methamphetamine

OSWEGO, NY – Sheriff’s deputies have charged a Parish resident with allegedly making methamphetamine.

At 12:07 a.m. today (May 1), Jonathan B. Rabb, 35, of 1392 County Route 26, Parish, was arrested at his residence for third-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, a class D felony.

The arrest was made following the investigation into a reckless driver complaint in the town of Amboy where he was allegedly driving with the vehicle’s lights off and forcing other vehicles off the roadway.

Mr. Rabb was arraigned in the Town of Amboy Court by Hon. Judge Dunham and remanded to Oswego County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.

He is to return to court on May 8.
