MEXICO, NY – The VOW Foundation announces Pathfinder Bank as a silver sponsor for the first Oswego County Substance Awareness Family Education Fair to be held on Aug. 16 at the Mexico VFW.
With a partner like Pathfinder Bank, as a silver sponsor, local community events are made possible.

Additional sponsors to date include Carolyn A. Rush, Teresa Woolson and J&C Knopp Karaoke.
Also, the Oswego City-County Youth Bureau and the New York State Office of Children and Family Services awarded a $200 mini-grant for the event.
Exhibitors to date include Oswego County Opportunities Crisis & Development Services, Medicaid and Family Health Plus, Therapeutic Alternatives to Drugs with Essential Oils, and the VOW Foundation with information concerning the dangers of Synthetic Drugs/Bath Salts and other substances.
Additional exhibitors are pending.
Food, provided by Carnivores BBQ, will include a pulled pork sandwich, salt potatoes, coleslaw and a bottle of water for $10.
Advance sale dinner tickets are available.
This free family fun event also includes music by DJ Dave Spencer and karaoke by J&K Knopp Karaoke, carnival games, raffles and door prizes.
Youth under 21 will be given a special entry form for a large prize, to be eligible to enter they must visit at least four exhibits to learn more about drug use, prevention and treatment.
Donations are being solicited for raffles and prizes.
