Pennellville Man Charged With Rape, Criminal Sex Act

State Police Investigators with the Bureau of Criminal Investigation have arrested William J. Parks, 37, from 37 Ainslee Drive, Pennellville, and charged him with Rape 1st degree, and Criminal Sex 1st degree, both class “B” felonies following an investigation.
He is accused of raping and having forcible sexual contact with a young female victim.
Parks was known to the victim.
He was arraigned in the Town of Salina Court and remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 secured bond, pending a bail hearing.
