OSWEGO – On 8/25/12 at 5:30 p.m., Steven A. Hart, 36, of 492 County Route 6, Phoenix, was arrested for unlawfully growing of cannabis; fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon; and endangering the welfare of a child, all class A misdemeanors.

The charges stem from an investigation into a structure fire from which a marijuana growing operation was allegedly discovered in the basement and a pair of chukka sticks were discovered in the upstairs.
Reportedly, no one was at home at the time of the fire.
However, the dwelling is reportedly also occupied by a child less than the age of 17.
Mr. Hart was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Schroeppel Court on 9/12/2012.
Investigation into the incident remains active at this time.

On 8/26/12 at 12:06 p.m., Shannon M. Hart, 31, of 492 County Route 6, Phoenix, was arrested for unlawfully growing of cannabis; fourth-degree criminal Possession of a weapon; and endangering the welfare of a child, all class A misdemeanors, stemming from her involvement in the above incident.
Ms. Hart was released on appearance tickets returnable to Town of Schroeppel Court on 9/12/12.
