State Police arrested Frederick L. Converse, 42, from Phoenix, for Unlawful surveillance 2nd degree (E-felony).

Converse is accused of taking photos of a nude female in a residence without her knowledge or consent, police said today (March 26).
He was arraigned in the town of Scriba court and remanded to the Oswego County jail on $7500 cash bail.
He is to return court date of April 2.
