Phoenix Substitute Teacher Charged With Sexting With A Student

State Police in North Syracuse arrested Patrick J. Goodwin, 24, from Baldwinsville, for Disseminating indecent material to minors in the first degree, a class “D” felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class “A” misdemeanor.

Goodwin, a substitute teacher at the Phoenix Central School District, was charged on Wednesday with sending and receiving sexual images and videos of a female student.

Goodwin was arraigned in the Van Buren Town Court and released on $5,000 cash bail.
