Police Charge Oswego Man With Using Another Man’s Credit Card Info

An Oswego man is charged with a felony for allegedly using another man’s credit card number to make a purchase.
State Police allege that Francis J. Ehman, 36, of 461 Middle Rd., Oswego used the credit card number of Frank Cean of Henderson, NY to buy a snowblower at Sears in the Salmon Run Mall. The incident was first reported on Nov. 10.
He’s charged with a felony count of grand larceny worth more than $1,000 and a misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of personal identification.
Ehman was released on an appearance ticket and is due back in court in Watertown on Thursday.
