Police: Men Threatened Victim With Gun and Stole Cash

OSWEGO, NY – At about 10:10 p.m. on Tuesday (May 5), Colton A. Thompson, 21 and Nico D. Goncalves, 20, both of 160 Harry Bryant Road, Williamstown, were arrested by sheriff’s deputies for third-degree robbery, a class D felony.

The arrests stem from an incident that occurred in December 2014 in the town of Constantia.

They allegedly held a gun to the victim’s head while traveling in a vehicle and stole cash.

Mr. Thompson and Mr. Goncalves were arraigned in Scriba Town Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.

They are to return to Town of Constantia Court on May 11.
