Police: Missing Oswego Woman Located

OSWEGO – Jessica Elmer has been located, according to the Oswego Police Department.

The Oswego City Police Department was notified on Sunday around 11:15 p.m. that she had been found by the Rochester Police Department.

She had last been seen on July 24 walking on East Utica Street in Oswego.
