Police: Pulaski Woman Had Sex With Minor

OSWEGO – At 3:14 p.m. on Thursday March 8, sheriff’s deputies arrested Martha L. Matteson, 36, of US Route 11, Bldg. 5240, Apt. 1, Pulaski, for Use of a Child in Sexual Performance, a class C felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor.

The arrest follows the investigation into an incident that occurred in the town of Richland where she allegedly engaged in sexual performances with the victim being less than 17 years of age.

Ms. Matteson was arraigned in Mexico Town Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond.

She is to return to Richland Town Court on March 14.

This case remains an open investigation.
