OSWEGO, NY – The underwater search for the male who was seen jumping into the Oswego River on Nov. 28, has been suspended, city police announced Dec. 5.
Emergency services personnel have been unsuccessful in locating the victim.
They plan to continue surface and shoreline searches periodically, as weather permits.
The victim has not yet been positively identified.
