Pulaski Teen Allegedly Damaged Seasonal Residence

OSWEGO, NY – On 4/19/12 at 8:08 p.m., Krista A. Kingsley, 18, of Hager Drive Bldg. 93, Pulaski, was arrested for Petit Larceny, Criminal Trespass, 3rd degree, a class B misdemeanor and Criminal Mischief, 4th degree a class A misdemeanor.
The arrest stems from the investigation into an incident that occurred around April 15 in the town of Mexico.
She allegedly unlawfully entered a seasonal residence stealing numerous items and throwing firecrackers into a fire causing damage to floor along with items that were in the vicinity of the fireplace.
Ms. Kingsley was released on appearance tickets.
She is to appear in Town of Mexico Court on 5/8/12.
