Red Cross Establishing Shelter in Palermo for Phoenix Residents

PHOENIX – The Central New York Chapter of the American Red Cross has established a shelter for people in the village of Phoenix and the town of Schroeppel affected by a water outage.

The shelter is located at the Palermo United Methodist Church, 11 County Route 35, Fulton.

Village of Phoenix residents are under a boil water advisory for the next few days due to a water main break Sunday evening on Lock Street and County Route 12.
