OSWEGO, NY – On Tuesday, Sept. 15, at 9:10 a.m., sheriff’s deputies arrested Susan E. Pool, 42, of 5 Gerdon Drive, Richland.
She was charged with third degree grand larceny, a class D felony, third degree welfare fraud, a class D felony and first degree offering a false instrument for filing, a class E felony.
The arrest stems from an investigation conducted by the Oswego County Department of Social Services in which she allegedly received services due to not disclosing information that would have made her ineligible.
Pool was arraigned by the Hon. Judge Auyer in the Town of Minetto Court.
She was remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
Pool is to return to Town of Mexico Court on Sept. 21.
