PULASKI, NY – On December 23, The New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) along with BCI and uniform members from SP Pulaski, concluded a four-month investigation with the execution of a search warrant at 6 White Pines Drive in the Town of Sandy Creek, State Police announced today (Dec. 30).

As a result of the search warrant the following people were taken into custody on the following charges:
•William C. McDowell, 42, from 6 White Pines Drive Sandy Creek, NY
•Christina M. Peach, 35, from 6 White Pines Drive Sandy Creek, NY
Both were charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd degree (class A-II felony), Unlawful Manufacturing of methamphetamine 3rd degree (Class D Felony) and one count of Endangering the welfare of a child (class A Misdemeanor).

Both subjects were arraigned in the Town of Sandy Creek Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail without bail.
Two young children were inside the residence where methamphetamine was allegedly being manufactured.
Oswego County Child Protective services is assisting in the investigation.
