Sandy Creek Man Charged With Assault

OSWEGO, NY – On 3/28/12 at 11:56 p.m., Matthew G. Fults, 28, of 22 Park St., Sandy Creek, was arrested for Assault, 2nd degree, a class D felony.

He was arrested following a fight that occurred at a business in the village of Sandy Creek on March 3.

According to sheriff’s deputies, he allegedly punched the victim in the head causing numerous injuries as the victim was on the floor.

Fults was arraigned in the Town of Sandy Creek Court by Hon. Judge Crast.

He was released after paying cash bail.

He is scheduled to return to court on March 29.
