Sandy Creek Woman Arrested on Meth Charges

SYRACUSE, NY – On January 31, at approximately 9 p.m., the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) executed a search warrant at 2026 Harwood Drive Apartment #2 in the village of Sandy Creek.
Investigators arrested 27-year-old Rebecca S. Keegan, from that residence for Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine in the third degree, a class “D” felony.
Keegan was arraigned at the Town of Sandy Creek Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,00 cash/ $ 20,000 bond pending court adjudication.
