Scene Around Town: Steady As She Goes

OSWEGO, NY – Michala Wahl helps her brother, Kevin, man the wheel of the National Historic Landmark World War II Tugboat the LT-5 Friday at the H. Lee White Marine Museum.
The LT-5 is part of the museum’s ongoing exhibit.
The tug served during the Normandy Invasion in World War II and is even credited with shooting down an enemy aircraft.
Kevin and Michala are the children of Petty Officer First Class Jeffrey Wahl, the US Navy recruiter stationed in Oswego.
