State Police Investigating Shooting in Central Square

CENTRAL SQUARE, NY – A man is hospitalized following a shooting around 8:30 Monday night in the village of Central Square.

New York State Police are investigating the incident.

Troopers were called to the 3000 block of Fulton Avenue, where they found a man suffering from a gunshot.

He was taken to Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse.

The victim’s name and other details haven’t been released.

Troopers are searching for two black men and a thin, blonde white woman who reportedly left the scene on foot.

The investigation is ongoing.
