State Police seek assistance in Identifying person in security photo

PULASKI, NY – The New York State Police in Pulaski is attempting to identify the subject in this photo in regards to a felony investigation.
Anyone with information regarding his identity is asked to contact Investigator Finkle at 315-298-1473.
