WILLIAMSTOWN – State Police is seeking public assistance in identifying an individual regarding a criminal mischief investigation at the Nice-N-Easy store on State Route 13 in the town of Williamstown.

On February 18, at 1:54 a.m., a customer became angry when the cashier refused to sell him beer and damaged the store’s front counter.
Estimated value of damage is $150.
The suspect is described as a white male with a goatee who left the store in a red vehicle, possibly a Chevrolet with three other males.
If anyone has information on the identity of the individual or vehicle in the photos, they are asked to contact State Police at (315) 366-6000.
