Teen Charged With Felony Rape

OSWEGO – On Saturday, Jan. 13 at 8:02 a.m., Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Aryan C. Labarge, 16, of 1452 CR 12, Central Square.

He was charged with first-degree rape, a class B felony and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor.

The arrest stems from the investigation into an incident that occurred in the town of Hastings.

He allegedly engaged in sexual contact with the victim while the victim slept.

Labarge was arraigned in the Town of Parish Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $3,000 cash or $6,000 bond.

He is to return to the Town of Hastings Court on Jan. 17.
