Trio Arrested In Connection With Kwik Fill Robbery

Oswego, NY – The New York State Police arrested 3 suspects in connection with the armed Robbery at the Town of Oswego Kwik Fill that occurred on 7/30/15.

All three suspects were arrested on 8/7/15, at approximately 9:45 a.m., at 63 Tallman Street in the City of Oswego, following a search warrant at this address.

Suspects Arrested:

James F. Sperino III, 10/14/93, 63 Tallman Street, Oswego, NY
Charged with 1 count of Robbery 2nd degree – Class C Felony

 

Kyle J. Serow-Tonkin, 05/29/96, 794 County Rte 16, Mexico, NY
Charged with 1 count of Robbery 2nd degree – Class C Felony

 

Joshua R. Swan, 11/05/90, 63 Tallman Street, Oswego, NY
Charged with 1 count of Robbery 2nd degree – Class C Felony

 

All three suspects were arraigned before Oswego Town Justice Michael Sterio.

They were all remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail – $100,000 secured bond.

They have a return court date of 8/10/15 at 4:30 p.m.

The New York State Police executed a search warrant at 63 Tallman Street on 8/7/15, with assistance from the City of Oswego Police Department.  Evidence of the robbery, along with proceeds from the robbery were recovered at this location.
