Troopers Investigate suspicious incident in town of Constantia

PULASKI, NY – The New York State Police in Pulaski is currently investigating a suspicious incident that occurred on May 8, along County Route 17 in the town of Constantia between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

A juvenile male was walking on the side of the roadway when he was approached by a black, four-door car having dark tinted windows.

A white male described as being approximately 5’11”, clean shaven, over weight wearing a black jump suite and knit hat approached the juvenile, troopers said.

The adult male reportedly attempted to grab the juvenile by his clothing.

However, the juvenile ran to a neighboring residence.
