OSWEGO – University Police at SUNY Oswego arrested Ryan R. Russell, 30, on multiple motor-vehicle felonies and other charges.
The Oswego resident was charged Jan. 1 with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction, both class E felonies.
Police also charged Russell with three misdemeanors — resisting arrest, circumventing an interlock ignition device and obstruction of governmental administration — as well as unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
He is scheduled to reappear in Oswego Town Court on Jan. 8.
