OSWEGO – SUNY Oswego University Police arrested an Oswego resident on a motor vehicle felony and related charges today (March 16).
Rachel E. Johnson, 24, was charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous DWI conviction, a Class E felony.
Police also charged her with failure to submit to a field breath test and unlawful possession of marijuana, both violations, and a pair of infractions for unsafe lane changes.
She was arraigned today before Oswego Town Justice Donald Dodd and remanded to Oswego County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.
Johnson is scheduled to return to Oswego Town Court on March 26.
