Viking Ship Delayed; Tours Slated Sunday

UPDATE: Viking Ship Scheduled to be Open for Tours Sunday in Oswego
OSWEGO – The Viking ship Draken Harald Hårfagre is expected to arrive in Oswego late today (Aug. 27).

The ship is scheduled to be open for tours Sunday, Aug. 28, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The ship will be docked at the north end of the West First Street pier in Oswego near the H. Lee White Maritime Museum.

OSWEGO – The Viking ship Draken Harald Hårfagre is delayed en route to Oswego.

The ship was scheduled to arrive in Oswego today, Aug. 26, and be open for tours Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 27 and 28 at the north end of the West First Street pier in Oswego.

Mercedes Niess, director of the H. Lee White Maritime Museum, said the ship may be delayed by 24 hours or more.
