PULASKI – The Village of Pulaski hosts a public meeting on Thursday, Sept. 25 to review projects submitted through an open call for its Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI). The event runs from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Pulaski Village Hall located at 4917 Jefferson St.
The public workshop begins with a brief presentation which provides an overview of the DRI program and the submitted projects. Attendees will then be invited to participate in an open house to review the projects more closely, ask questions and provide feedback.
Insights from community members will inform Local Planning Committee members and help them develop a final recommendation of projects for funding consideration by the state.
For those unable to attend the workshop, an online survey will be available after the Sept. 25 meeting and continue until Tuesday, Oct. 14. This gives residents more time to provide feedback on the proposed projects. Go to the Village of Pulaski’s DRI webpage[1] to access the link.
Pulaski village is the Round 8 winner of a $10 million DRI award funded through the New York State Department of State to create vibrant resilient downtowns where people want to live, work and visit.
