State Police Conduct Underage Drinking Initiative in Oswego County

OSWEGO COUNTY – On October 20, 2025, the New York State Police conducted an Underage Drinking Initiative in Oswego County.

As a result of the initiative, the following locations were checked and found to be in compliance:

•    Scriba Meats – 5332 NY-104 Oswego, NY 13126

•    Dollar General – 3391 Main St. Mexico, NY 13114

•    Fastrac – 3364 Main St. Mexico, NY 13114

•    Mexico Liquor – 3262 Main St. Mexico, NY 13114

•    Red Apple – 3307 Main St. Mexico, NY 13114

•    Dollar General – 1668 CR-45 Fulton, NY 13069

•    Reds Palermo Market – 4086 NY-3 Fulton, NY 13069

•    Citgo – 5670 SR-104 Oswego, NY 13126

•    Cliffs – 260 NY-104 Oswego, NY13126

•    Stewarts – 120 East Bridge St. Oswego, NY 13126

•    Stewarts – 51 West Utica St. Oswego, NY 13126

•    Byrne Dairy – 97 West Bridge St. Oswego, NY 13126

•    Fastrac – 343 NY-264 Phoenix, NY 13135

•    Circle K – 485 Main St. Phoenix, NY 13135

•    DG Market – 88 Volney St. Phoenix, NY 13135

•    Byrne Dairy – 226 CR-57 Phoenix, NY 13135

•    Oswego Wine & Liquor – 140 NY-104 Oswego, NY 13126

•    Xpress Mart – 150 East Bridge St. Oswego, NY 13126

The following locations were found NOT to be in compliance with the laws dealing with the sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 21:

•    Valero – 1278 SR-104B Mexico, NY 13115

•    Piggy’s Liquors – 5675 MY-104 Oswego, NY 13126

As a result, charges are pending for Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 1st degree (PL 260.20) and Prohibitive sale of Alcohol to a person under twenty-one years old (ABC 65-1)
