FULTON, NY – Norma Heppell, 91, formerly of Fulton passed peacefully at home in Seminole, Florida, on Tuesday November 27, 2018.
Mrs. Heppell was born in Fulton, NY, to the late Carlton and Eva (Chetney) Longley.
She had been a longtime resident of Fulton until recently moving to Florida.
Norma was past employed as a dental assistant with Dr. Walter Knych Dental Office, Fulton, and she also managed the cafeteria at St. Mary’s Catholic School, Fulton.
Mrs. Heppell was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America Court Pere LeMoyne #833 and the Fulton Women’s Club.
Mrs. Heppell was predeceased by her husband, Robert S. Heppell, in 2003; and her brother, Robert Longley.
She is survived by her children: Douglas (Carol) Heppell of Fulton and Yvonne (Thomas) Heppell Libsansky of Florida; four granddaughters; two great-grandsons; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held Monday, December 3, at 9:30 a.m. at Holy Trinity Church, Fulton, where a mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Joseph Scardella.
Burial will be held in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton.

Sunday from 2 – 4 p.m. at the Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. Second St. S., Fulton.
