Norman H. Bullard, 87

Norman H. Bullard, 87; of Minetto, NY passed away peacefully at home with his loving wife and children after a long illness.

He was born in Oswego, NY and he has been a lifetime resident of Minetto. Mr. Bullard was a United States Veteran having served during WWII. He owned and operated Bullard Insulation Company, Oswego, NY from 1966 to 1987. He was also a chicken farmer who made food deliveries within three neighboring counties. Mr. Bullard served as a member and past secretary of the Home Builders Association and a past board member and trustee of the Fulton Alliance Church.

Mr. Bullard is survived by his loving wife of 50 years Dorothy Bullard of Minetto, and their eight wonderful children, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held 2:00 PM Friday, September 9th at the Fulton Alliance Church, State Route 48, Fulton with Rev. David Grey officiating. The Sugar Funeral Home, Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S. Fulton has care of the arrangements.

  1. I am one of Norman Bullard’s Grandchildren.. Son of Bernie Bullard, and I am despiratly trying to get in touch with Bernie and then family. I havent talked to Bernie since I was about 5 or 6 years old any help in contacting him would be life changing for both of us… (315)-402-7944 is my cell
