Bruce D. Ingersoll, Jr., 58, of Owens Rd., Fulton, passed away Tuesday March 16, 2010.
Born to his parents, Bruce D. and Pauline (McDonald) Ingersoll, Sr. on July 26, 1951. He was a graduate of Oswego Catholic High School, class of 1969, and then served in the US Army. Later, he became the maintenance supervisor for Fulton Housing Authority.
Pre-deceased by his father, Bruce D. Ingersoll, Sr. and his step-father, Francis Malone. Surviving are his wife of 34 1/2 years, Patricia A. (Sarcone) Ingersoll; a daughter and son-in-law, Lynn A. (Malone) Thomas Angelo of Cambridge Springs, PA; a son, Bruce D. Ingersoll, III, DVM of Rochester; his mother, Pauline Malone of Hannibal; three brothers and their spouses, Douglas & Carol of Fulton, Craig & Belinda of Central Square, Timothy & Jan of Dallas, TX; one sister and her spouse, Sophrona & Adrian Annal of Hannibal; grandchildren, Patrick Angelo, Emily Angelo; step-brothers and sisters, Francis Malone, Rose McMillen, Ellen Sherman, Cathy Fadden, Theresa Malone, Lynn Bullard, Ken Malone; several nieces, nephews, cousins; and many loving friends.
His family would like to express their thanks to the personnel of the following: Oncology Dept. of University Hospital; Rosewell Park Cancer Institute; Radiation Services at Seneca Hill, Volney; Oswego Hospital; Oswego County Hospice, Inc..
Calling hours are from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm on Friday at the Allanson-Glanville-Tappan Funeral Home, 431 Main St., Phoenix, NY. Services are at 10 am on Saturday at the funeral home with military honors.
