Eunice Darling Dailey, 82, of Fulton, passed away Thursday at home with her family by her side.

Born in Fulton, she had lived in Cape Coral, FL for the last 30 years. Eunice retired from the Department of Education in Florida. She was a member of the local art guilde and enjoyed china painting. She was also a communicant of St. Stephen’s Church in Phoenix.

Eunice was predeceased by a grandson, Michael Darling, who passed away in 1993 and a sister, Ethyle Miner.

Surviving are her husband, James Dailey; seven children, Mary Atkins of Texas, Joyce (John) Rowland of Fulton, Loren (Kathy) Darling of Fulton, Theresa (Jack) Wright of Fulton, Susan (Don) Ryan of Fulton, Robert Darling of Fulton and David (Shari) Darling of Fulton; sister, Mary Rasbeck of Florida; brother, Elmer Sauers of Florida; 23 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Monday at St. Stephen’s Church, 469 Main Street, Phoenix with burial to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton. Calling hours are 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. Contributions in Eunice’s name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105-1942.
