Frank P. Mastro, Jr., 39

Frank P. Mastro, Jr., 39, of Lowville, formerly of Hannibal, died suddenly on Monday, October 13th. He was a 1987 graduate of Hannibal High School and was on the high school varsity wrestling team. Frank worked as a self-employed carpenter.

Surviving are: his parents, Frank and Marilyn (Gardner) Mastro, Sr. of Lowville; his sisters, Lisa Brand of Lowville and Tina (John) Wallace of Hannibal; his brothers, Tony (Terri) Mastro and David (Erin) Mastro all of Lowville; a niece; six nephews and a grandnephew.

Services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at Foster Funeral Home, Fulton with burial at Mount Adnah Cemetery, Fulton. Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 6725 Lyons Street, P.O. Box 7, East Syracuse, 13057.
