FULTON – April 16, 2025, Phyllis A. Vincent, 83, of Fulton, passed away at home on Wednesday, April 16, 2025. She was a homemaker and enjoyed keeping her house neat and clean.

Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Ann Marie Vincent; her grandchildren, Cheyenne and James Vincent, Jr. She was predeceased by her son, James Vincent, Sr.

A calling hour will be held from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., Friday, April 25, 2025 with services to follow at Brown Funeral Home, 21 Flood Drive in Fulton. Condolences for the family may be left at www.brownfuneralhomefulton.com.
