OSWEGO, NY – Dominic Crisafulli, 89, a resident of Liverpool, passed away on Friday June 9, 2017, at his home with his family by his side.

Born in Oswego, he was a son of the late John and Josephine (Muscalino) Crisafulli and was a graduate of Oswego High School.
He also attended LeMoyne College and Syracuse University for Engineering.
He was employed in the Engineering Department at General Electric for 37 years.
Mr. Crisafulli was a veteran, serving with the United States Navy from 1946-1948.
Surviving are his wife of 67 years , the former Mary Hannah; five children, Deanna Crisafulli of Liverpool, Daniel Crisafulli of Palm Springs, Doreen (Sean Maddision) Carson of Liverpool, Denise (Michael) Lizzio of Liverpool and Deborah Moe of Baldwinsville; a sister, Mayme Paeno of Oswego; two brothers, Thomas Crisafulli of Oswego and Joseph Crisafulli of San Jose; nine grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his grandson, Christopher; sisters, Mary Marturano and Barbara Nettles; and brothers, Anthony, James, Charles and John Crisafulli.
Friends may call at the Dowdle Funeral Home on Tuesday from 11 a.m. – noon, with a service to follow the hours.
Entombment will be in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the ALS Association, Upstate NY Chapter, 135 Old Cove Road, Suite 213, Liverpool, N.Y. 13090.
