OSWEGO, NY – On Thursday April 2, 2015, Sonja G. Chapman passed away in Rome N.Y.

Surviving locally are her granddaughter, Diamond Chapman of Oswego.

Memorial services will be held in Pennsylvania.

Arrangements are in care of the Dowdle Funeral Home, Oswego.
