Steven D. Northrop, 56

OSWEGO, NY – Steven D. Northrop, 56, a resident of New Haven, passed away on Wednesday May 18, 2011, at his home after a long illness.

He was born, raised and graduated from schools in Lockhaven Pa.

Steve was the station manager at Highway Oil for more than 35 years.

He was an avid outdoorsman who loved animals especially his dogs.

Surviving are his companion, Maria Nakamura of Oswego; a brother, Richard (Pam) Northrop of Chicago; and two nieces, Tiffany and Amy Northrop.

Funeral services are private.

There are no calling hours.

Arrangements are in care of the Dowdle Funeral Home.
