William C. LaTulip, 69

OSWEGO, NY – William C. LaTulip, 69, a former resident of Oswego, passed away on Saturday June 1, 2019. in Chambersburg, Pa.

Born in Oswego, he was a son of the late James and Doris (Fischer) LaTulip and was a graduate of Stetson University in DeLand, Fla.

William retired as a Right of Way agent.

Surviving are two brothers, James (Marie) LaTulip Jr. of Oswego and Brian LaTulip of Arizona; two sisters, Carol Ann (Eugene) Rawczak of Queens, NY and Connie (Clifton) Lamb of Auburn, NY; and nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial funeral mass will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. from Christ the Good Shepherd at St. Mary’s.

There are no calling hours.

Arrangements are in care of the Dowdle Funeral Home.
