William F. Feeney

OSWEGO, NY – William F. Feeney, 57, a resident of 10 Dublin St., passed away on Sunday March 13, 2011, at University Hospital in Syracuse.

Born in Oswego, he was the son of the late William F. and Lillian (Schroder) Feeney Sr.

He was a graduate of St. Paul’s School and Oswego High School.

He received his associate’s degree in computer science from OCC.

He was employed with Brenamen’s and was also the produce manager at Super Duper.

Mr. Feeney was a member of Laborers’ Local #214 and the Insulators Union and worked on local construction projects.

He was later employed with the Syracuse Label Company.

William was an avid musician and was well known for playing with local bands.

He was an avid reader and especially enjoyed his science fiction novels.

Surviving are his wife and soulmate of 15 years, the former Peggy Denny; one son, Justin Bartlett of Phoenix; one sister, Kay F. Howley of Oswego; two
grandsons, Ethan and Kaleb; two nephews, Jeffrey and Christopher; and his mother-in-
law, Retha Denny of Oswego.

Friends may call at the Dowdle Funeral Home on Wednesday from 3-7 p.m. with a service to follow the calling hours.

Spring burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
