Armond ‘Army’ DiNardo, 90

FULTON, NY – Armond “Army” DiNardo, 90, of Oswego, formerly of Fulton, passed away Friday February 10, 2017, at Oswego Hospital after a brief illness.

He was a lifelong resident of Fulton, born to the late Dominick and Assunta DiNardo, who had emigrated from Italy.

Army was predeceased by his brothers, Mario, Tom, Frank, Fidele and Tony.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Nancy; daughters, Denise (Mark) Schmidt and Deidre (Peter) Clark; grandchildren, Genevieve Schmidt, Adeline Schmidt, Chloe Clark, Grady Schmidt and Lilia Clark; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held Friday, February 17, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with a service to immediately follow at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.

Spring burial with military honors will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, South Seventh Street, Fulton.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Armond’s memory may be made to Bishop’s Commons, 4 Burkle St., Oswego, NY 13126
