HANNIBAL, NY – Bonita Lee (Northrup) Burnett, 64, of Martville, was called to be with the Lord this past 13th day (Wednesday) of July 2016.

Bonny was the loving daughter of Frances (Zirbel) and the late Raymond Northrup of Port Byron, NY.
She was employed for some 20 years at Red Creek Central School helping children who needed extra assistance.
Bonita’s favorite saying was “Faith, Family and Friends” and she was a blessing to everyone.
In addition to her father, she was predeceased by her brother, Joseph Northrup; her maternal and paternal grandparents; and her uncle, Larry.
Bonny is survived by her husband of 40 years, Thomas Lee Burnett; two sons, Matthew Lee Burnett and Daniel Lee Burnett; grandson, Preston; sister, Diana Dayed; and best friends, Chuck and Glenda Cartwright, who was also her care giver.
Calling hours will be held 3 to 6 p.m. Monday, July 18, at Foster Funeral Home, 837 Cayuga St., Hannibal.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 19, at the funeral home, with burial in Bethel Cemetery, State Route 34, Hannibal.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that donations in Bonny’s memory be made to Hospice of the Fingers Lakes, 1130 Corporate Drive, Auburn, NY 13021.
